Under normal circumstances, all items will be shipped immediately via Deutsche Post.

Return Policy

Items damaged in transit or found to be defective
will be replaced or exchanged for items of equivalent value only.
Returns of audio- and audiovisual recordings (for instance CD)
are not possible after the factory seal has been broken.
Service and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
